Enimels covers all major categories including Dogs, Cats, Birds, Livestock (cows, goats, sheep, camels), Horses, Fish, and more. Each category has breed-specific filters so you can find exactly what you're looking for.

Browse categories from the home page or use the filters on the animals listing page. You can filter by category, breed, city, price range, gender, and sort by newest, price, or relevance to narrow your search.

Open any listing and you'll see 'Call' and 'WhatsApp' buttons at the bottom. Tap either to connect with the seller directly. WhatsApp is recommended for sharing photos, videos, and keeping a record of your conversation.

Yes! Tap the heart icon on any listing card to save it to your Favorites. Access all your saved listings anytime from the Favorites page in your account. You can remove them by tapping the heart again.

Check the seller's profile for verification status and listing history. Look for detailed descriptions with multiple clear photos. Always ask for additional photos or videos, and meet the seller in person before making any payment.

Ask about the animal's health history, vaccination records, age, and diet. Request a vet check if possible. For livestock, verify weight and breed documentation. Always inspect the animal in person at a safe, public location before paying.

Tap the '+ Post Ad' button from the navigation. You'll go through a simple wizard: select a Category, fill in Details (title, description, price, breed, gender), choose your Location (city and area), upload Images (at least 1 photo required), then Preview and submit your ad.

You can upload multiple high-quality photos per listing. We recommend at least 3-5 clear photos from different angles — good photos significantly increase buyer interest and trust.

Yes! Go to 'My Ads' from your account menu. You can edit any of your active listings to update details, price, or photos. You can also delete ads or mark them as sold when the animal has found a new home.

Use high-quality photos with good lighting, write a detailed description including breed, age, health info, and temperament. Set a competitive price and respond quickly to buyer inquiries — active sellers tend to attract more interest.

We review listings for suspicious content, provide user verification, and offer reporting tools for fraudulent ads. Our team actively monitors the platform and investigates reports to maintain a safe marketplace for everyone.

Report the listing immediately using the 'Report' option on any ad page. You can also contact our support team at support@enimels.pk. Never send money upfront without seeing the animal in person first.

Always meet in a public, well-lit place. Bring someone with you. Inspect the animal thoroughly before paying. Never share bank PINs, OTPs, or account details. Avoid paying in advance — cash on delivery when meeting in person is safest.

Open the listing you want to report and use the Report option. Select the reason (scam, misleading info, animal cruelty, etc.) and our moderation team will investigate within 24 hours and take appropriate action.

Go to your Profile page from the account menu. You can update your name, avatar photo, bio, gender, date of birth, and business type. You can also add or manage your email addresses and phone numbers from the same page.

In your Profile page, switch to the 'Addresses' tab. You can add multiple addresses with city, area, and detailed address information. Set one as your default address which will be pre-filled when posting new ads.

Go to your Profile page and switch to the 'Security' tab. Enter your current password followed by your new password. We recommend using a strong, unique password with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

You can deactivate your account from the 'Security' tab in your Profile page. You can also contact our support team at support@enimels.pk for permanent account deletion. Note that deletion is irreversible and removes all your listings and data.

No. Posting ads, browsing listings, saving favorites, and using all platform features are completely free. Enimels does not take any commission or fees on transactions between buyers and sellers.

Enimels is a listing and discovery platform — all payments happen directly between buyers and sellers. We strongly recommend cash on delivery when meeting in person. Never transfer money to someone you haven't met.

We're exploring optional premium features like featured listings and priority placement to help sellers reach more buyers. These will be offered at affordable prices when available, but the core platform will always remain free.

Since transactions happen directly between users, Enimels cannot process refunds. However, report the incident immediately so we can take action against the seller's account and protect other users from being affected.
