1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Enimels ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Pakistan to use Enimels. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Listing & Selling

Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all animal listings. Misrepresentation of breed, health status, age, or condition is strictly prohibited. Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding animal sale and transport in Pakistan. Enimels acts solely as a marketplace and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

5. Buying & Transactions

Buyers are responsible for verifying listings before completing a purchase. All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. Enimels does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed animals. We strongly recommend meeting in person to inspect animals before finalizing any purchase.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Enimels: • Listing endangered, exotic, or illegal species • Posting fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings • Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users • Attempting to circumvent platform fees or safety measures • Using the platform for any illegal purpose • Scraping, data mining, or automated access to the platform

7. Animal Welfare

Enimels is committed to animal welfare. All users must ensure that animals are treated humanely during sale, transport, and transfer. Listings that promote animal cruelty, fighting, or neglect will be removed immediately, and the associated accounts will be permanently banned.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

By posting content on Enimels, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe on third-party rights. Enimels branding, design, and code are our intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

Enimels is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from transactions, animal health issues, or disputes between users. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably. For unresolved issues, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
